Il est fait avec de l\u2019acide chlorhydrique dilu\u00e9 \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature ambiante, pour laquelle nous avons 5 r\u00e9servoirs de 70 m3 de volume et de la capacit\u00e9 pour des pi\u00e8ces jusqu\u2019\u00e0 15 m. de longueur. Ces sels agissent en tant que soudage \u00abflux \u00bb, \u00e0 savoir faveur mouillabilit\u00e9 de la surface d\u2019acier par du zinc fondu. Ces sels sont appliqu\u00e9s par trempage des pi\u00e8ces dans une solution aqueuse de celui-ci.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text]    <\/div>\n<\/div><h4 class=\"clearfix qode-title-holder\">\n<span class=\"qode-tab-title\">\n\t    <span class=\"qode-tab-title-inner\">\n        S\u00e9chage    <\/span>\n<\/span>\n<span class=\"qode-accordion-mark\">\n    <span class=\"qode-accordion-mark-icon\">\n        <span class=\"icon_plus\"><\/span>\n        <span class=\"icon_minus-06\"><\/span>\n    <\/span>\n<\/span>\n<\/h4>\n<div  class=\"qode-accordion-content \" >\n    <div class=\"qode-accordion-content-inner\">\n        [vc_column_text]Les pi\u00e8ces trait\u00e9es dans l\u2019\u00e9tape ci-dessus sont s\u00e9ch\u00e9es avant l\u2019introduction dans le bain de zinc pour \u00e9viter les traces de solutions aqueuses et le pr\u00e9chauffage des pi\u00e8ces \u00e0 traiter , ce qui facilite le zinc, l\u2019alliage \u2013 fer.[\/vc_column_text]    <\/div>\n<\/div><h4 class=\"clearfix qode-title-holder\">\n<span class=\"qode-tab-title\">\n\t    <span class=\"qode-tab-title-inner\">\n        Galvanisation    <\/span>\n<\/span>\n<span class=\"qode-accordion-mark\">\n    <span class=\"qode-accordion-mark-icon\">\n        <span class=\"icon_plus\"><\/span>\n        <span class=\"icon_minus-06\"><\/span>\n    <\/span>\n<\/span>\n<\/h4>\n<div  class=\"qode-accordion-content \" >\n    <div class=\"qode-accordion-content-inner\">\n        [vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de galvanisation se r\u00e9alise en immergeant les pi\u00e8ces dans le creuset avec du zinc fondu, \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature comprise entre les 440\u00b0C et 460\u00b0C. La qualit\u00e9 du zinc employ\u00e9 est d\u2019une puret\u00e9 de 99,995 %.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La diffusion du zinc sur la surface d\u2019acier se produit durant l\u2019immersion des pi\u00e8ces dans le zinc fondu, ce qui produit la formation de diff\u00e9rentes couches d\u2019alliage zinc-fer de diff\u00e9rente composition. Lorsqu\u2019on extrait les pi\u00e8ces du bain de galvanisation, ces alliages sont rev\u00eatus d\u2019une couche ext\u00e9rieure de zinc de composition semblable \u00e0 celle du bain.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour obtenir un rev\u00eatement galvanique correct, le temps d\u2019immersion des pi\u00e8ces dans le bain de zinc d\u00e9pend, en autres, de la composition de l\u2019acier, de la temp\u00e9rature du bain de zinc et de l\u2019\u00e9paisseur de l\u2019acier des pi\u00e8ces. Dans tous les cas, les pi\u00e8ces doivent rester immerg\u00e9es dans le zinc jusqu\u2019\u00e0 atteindre la temp\u00e9rature du bain. Avant d\u2019extraire les pi\u00e8ces du bain, la fine couche d\u2019oxyde de zinc form\u00e9e sur la surface du bain qui contient aussi des traces de sels doit \u00eatre retir\u00e9e, pour \u00e9viter l\u2019adh\u00e9sion sur la surface des pi\u00e8ces et les imperfections sur le rev\u00eatement.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Refroidissement et contr\u00f4le<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les pi\u00e8ces se refroidissent \u00e0 l\u2019air une fois retir\u00e9es du bain de galvanisation. Ensuite on examine les pi\u00e8ces pour \u00e9liminer les bavures, les gouttes et les adh\u00e9rences de cendre ou reste de sels sur la surface et, finalement, on les contr\u00f4le. Les rev\u00eatements galvaniques sur des \u00e9l\u00e9ments divers doivent r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 une s\u00e9rie d\u2019exigences sur l\u2019aspect de la surface, l\u2019adh\u00e9rence et l\u2019\u00e9paisseur selon les sp\u00e9cifications des normes nationales et internationales. La norme UNE-EN ISO 1461 est la norme nationale ou internationale appliqu\u00e9e actuellement. Finalement les pi\u00e8ces sont pes\u00e9es, car leur poids, une fois galvanis\u00e9es, suivent normalement le crit\u00e8re utilis\u00e9 pour la facturation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Passivation (en option, apr\u00e8s le processus)<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c0 p\u00e9tition du client, les pi\u00e8ces peuvent \u00eatre passiv\u00e9es suite \u00e0 la galvanisation. Ce traitement suppl\u00e9mentaire \u00e9vite des taches produites par l\u2019humidit\u00e9 (traces d\u2019oxyde de zinc de couleur blanche qui affecte l\u2019esth\u00e9tique du produit et non la duret\u00e9 de vie) sur les pi\u00e8ces qui, durant leur transport, pr\u00e9voient un environnement avec une humidit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e et une mauvaise ventilation, comme au cours des transports maritimes \u00e0 longue distance, ou dans le cas de stockage prolong\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019intemp\u00e9rie.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Sablage \u2013 Jets abrasifs (en option, apr\u00e8s le processus)<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En option, les mat\u00e9riaux avec de la peinture, de la laque, du vernis, forte corrosion, du ciment, de la r\u00e9sine\u2026, qui doivent \u00eatre galvanis\u00e9s, ou bien nettoy\u00e9s pour d\u2019autres fins, peuvent \u00eatre sabl\u00e9s pour \u00e9liminer des contaminent de leur surface.<br \/>\nCette op\u00e9ration consiste \u00e0 projeter des particules d\u2019acier abrasives propuls\u00e9es par de l\u2019air comprim\u00e9 \u00e0 haute pression sur la surface du mat\u00e9riel \u00e0 nettoyer ; pour cette op\u00e9ration nous avons une cabine de sablage de 15 m de long x 4,50 m de large x 5 m de haut, \u00e9quip\u00e9e d\u2019une grue \u00e0 portique de 5 000 kg.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">R\u00e9sultat<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le r\u00e9sultat final est un rev\u00eatement polyvalent et durable qui offre une protection efficace contre la corrosion dans une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de supports, qui permet d\u2019\u00eatre peint, le soudage, l\u2019usinage, et la relation co\u00fbt-protection est imbattable. L\u2019\u00e9paisseur des rev\u00eatements galvanis\u00e9s est l\u2019un des crit\u00e8res fondamentaux pour \u00e9tablir leur qualit\u00e9. G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement exprim\u00e9 en microm\u00e8tres (\u00b5m), il peut \u00eatre aussi en g\/m\u00b2 (rev\u00eatement par m\u00e8tre carr\u00e9 de la surface elle-m\u00eame).
